Alumni Outreach

The ALumni Association has been working tirelesly over the past decade to connect not only with Alumni, but with current students. The Association represents the legacy of The College, and we plan to continue to impact the students.

During the summer, we rethought the placement of “The ALumni Grove”. Originally it was to be placed in between the baseball field, track and Lions Stadium. The Association wrestled with the idea of moving it so it would be used more often, and by more students.

Working with many College representatives, we decided to dedicate an area in between the new library and Eickoff Hall, where Alumni and students can gather together. This area will be the perfect place for outdoor conversation, shared learning, and the occational cocktail party. Permanent tables will be in place so you can fireup your laptop and take advantage of wireless connectivity in the outdoors.

As President of the Association, I thank you for your patience as we finish the project, and I hope all of you take advantage of the “Alumni Grove” when it opens.

I wish all of you good luck this year, and hope to see you during Homecoming.
